Mark Warren has been creating delicious wines at Happs since 2003. He is an accomplished wine jugde and lecturer and has made wine for many acclaimed wineries. When Mark isn't busy looking after our extensive range of wines he somehow finds time to make his own wine under the Marq label. He even manages to sneak in the odd fishing trip.

Louis, our assistant winemaker, joined the team before vintage 2025. A passionate Arsenal fan and dedicated wine lover, Louis studied oenology in Hawke’s Bay, New Zealand. He brings with him experience from nine vintages across the globe – from Otago and Tasmania to Napa Valley and Slovenia – each one adding depth to his understanding of site, style and the winemaking craft.

Andy has been looking after the Three Hills Vineyard in Karridale along with his wife Eline since 2009. They live on the property with their children who are frequently involved with looking after the vines. Andy is also a creative artist in sculpture.

Bill has been an integral part of the Happs' team since 2003. When he's not tending to the vines he also manages our in-house bottling line. Outside of work he can be found, cycling or hiking in the great outdoors.
