How much will delivery cost?

We offer a flat rate of $10 per case in Western Australia. NSW, SA, VIC and ACT are $20 per case.  QLD is $25, TAS and NT are $40 per case.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Please allow a minimum of three to seven working days for your order to arrive to capital cities. If you are in regional or rural areas your delivery may take a bit longer to be delivered. 

Can I change my order?

Our warehouse team starts processing orders almost immediately after they’re placed, so we may not be able to make any changes or cancel orders once they’re placed.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched you will receive an Australia Post confirmation, along with tracking details for your order. Please contact cellar@happs.com.au if you have issues with your delivery.

Do you offer returns or exchanges?

We offer returns if a wine is faulty or damaged, however we cannot offer exchanges if you change your mind.

 

Do I need a booking for wine tasting?

Groups under eight people do not need a booking. Groups over eight people will require a booking.  Please contact us on bookings@happs.com.au to organise this.

How much does wine tasting cost?

Wine tastings are free for groups under 8 people. For larger groups, depending on the day, time and number of people in your group, you may be required to pay a non refundable fee of $10/person. Please contact us on bookings@happs.com.au to arrange your visit.

Do you have a restaurant?

No, but we do have a gourmet picnic offering featuring artisanal local produce.

How do I log in to my account?

You can login in to your account by clicking the profile icon on the top right corner of the page. If you have forgotten your password please contact us through the contact form and we will send you an email to reset it.

I'm a wine club member and I would like to update my selection for an upcoming order.

You can read how to do this here.  Please note you will not be charged until we a preparing your order to ship.  If you are having trouble please call us.

I'm a wine club member and would like to order additional wine outside of my scheduled orders.

Login in to your account.  Click SHOP WINE and shop as per normal.  Your discounts will automatically be applied at checkout.
