Fuel for Good returns this August and September
From 19 August to 30 September, you can purchase a limited-edition Happs Bone Dry Rosé in honour of Jake Robinson – a much-loved son, brother, friend and familiar face at Happs.
Jake, his brother Callum Robinson and their friend Carter Rhoad tragically lost their lives while on a surfing trip in Mexico in 2024.
Fuel for Good honours Jake and Callum’s adventurous spirit while raising funds to support the causes that mattered to them.
Remembering Jake and Callum
With Jake’s birthday on 12 September, this time of year is a meaningful one for everyone who knew and loved him.
Jake had a deep love for rosé. He called it ‘diesel’ – his way of saying it was top shelf and worthy of any good moment. The name stuck and today it helps fuel something bigger.
Through Fuel for Good, Happs is turning that love of rosé into meaningful support for the Callum and Jake Robinson Foundation.
From 19 August to 30 September, 50% of profits from every Happs Bone Dry Rosé sold will be donated to the Callum and Jake Robinson Foundation.

WHY WE CALL IT DIESEL
If you ever shared a glass of rosé with Jake Robinson, you’d know he never called it that. To him, it was Diesel. Not because it was strong - but because it was fuel. The kind that kept the good times rolling and the night going long.
The story started like most good ones do - with mates, a winery tour, and a nickname that just… stuck. What began as a bit of uni banter quickly became Jake’s signature. He gave it a spin, cleaned it up, made it his own - and from that day on, rosé was Diesel. And like all the best nicknames, it caught on fast.
