2016 Happs Preservative Free Red

Although Sulphur dioxide is the main preservative used in wine-making worldwide, it is also a known allergen which prevents many consumers from freely enjoying wine. Here at Happs we apply careful techniques to create elegant wines without the use sulphur or other allergens such as fish, nuts and milk products. With thirty grape varieties to choose from, it’s easy to find suitable varieties such as Grenache, Tinta Cao, Shiraz and Pinot Noir; all of which are very approachable when young and don’t require oak to achieve quality.
