The traditional home of the Moscato style is Piedmont in Italy where the famous Moscato d’Asti is revered. Our Moscato used to be called "Muscat a Pink" - don't despair, this is the same wine, just with a different name! The method we use to make this wine retains natural carbon dioxide, leaving the palate with a noticeable lively fizz.
AROMA: Typical muscat varietal characters of flowers, musk and a hint of Turkish delight, nectarine and ripe peach. The wine has a perfume like intensity unmatched by other varieties.
PALATE: Obvious sweetness matched by intense flavours of musk, confection, fruit salad and rose water. The palate is soft and delicate with vibrant fruit, refreshing crisp acidity and an attractive spritz that helps balance the sugar.
VARIETY: 100% Muscat a Petit Grains (Brown Muscat).
ANALYSIS: Alc/Vol: 9.7%, Titratable Acidity:6.0 g/L, pH: 3.45, Residual Sugar: 3.6 Beaume by hydrometer.
