Our Cremant is made in a time honoured and traditional way from Chenin Blanc and Chardonnay which undergoes secondary fermentation in the bottle to produce a fresh, vibrant, fruity, sparkling wine with a long creamy palate.
AROMA: A lifted aroma of pear, hay, lychee and pastry with hints of tropical fruit and cut grass.
PALATE: Delicate and restrained with flavours of pear and lychee and a hint of crème brulee. The mouthfeel is lively and chalky with an attractive fine bead.
